2 cups crumbled cashews
3 cups strawberries
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cups of your favorite instant grain cereal (I used Hodgen Mill's Multigrain with Flax)
agave nectar
In a food processor crumble cashews and set aside.
In a food processor puree strawberries.
Mix together cashews, strawberry puree, soy milk, chia seeds and grain cereal in a bowl.
Blend evenly.
Add in powdered sugar and mix well.
Grease baking dish.
Spread mixture into baking dish.
Top with agave nectar (as much or as little as you like)
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
