Buckwheat groats bar - vegan recipe



2 cups cooked buckwheat groats
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup trail mix
2 generous tablespoons of softened peanut butter
3/4 cup coconut or other non-dairy milk
Mix buckwheat groats, sesame seeds, shredded coconut and trail mix in a bowl.
Put the peanut butter in a separate bowl and heat it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Pour the peanut butter & coconut milk into the bowl and blend evenly.
Grease a baking dish.
Evenly spread the mixture in the baking dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares to serve.
