Vegan pasta salad

Vegan Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked Dreamfield’s elbow macaroni

2 cups chopped broccoli

½ cup chopped celery

½ cup raisins

½ tsp sweet paprika

1 TBSP mustard

2 TBSP sweet relish

4 TBSP Veganaise

Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, celery and raisins in a bowl.

Add in the mustard, relish, Veganaise and paprika.

Mix well.

Cool down in fridge for at least an hour.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
