1 Ripe banana
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 ½ cups quick oats
½ cup multigrain cereal
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flax seeds
½ cup chopped dried fruit
¼ cup dried goji berries
1 TBSP agave nectar
1/3 cup brown rice flour
Directions –
In a bowl mash banana and mix with apple sauce
Stir in quick oats, multigrain cereal, chia seeds, flax
seeds, dried fruit, goji berries
Mix well.
Add agave nectar and brown rice flour until dissolved.
Scoop into hand using a tablespoon and form into round
balls.
Place on wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
