Home grown garden zucchini #2

Zucchini from our garden. 


The zucchini was so big that I only used half of it.


I literally mixed a bunch of spices in a bowl. Some spices I used were turmeric, paprika, cumin and corriander. 


Added to the shredded zucchini - shredded carrots, diced onions, diced cooked yukon gold potatoes, brown rice flour and rice milk.


Finished product after being cooked on a griddle.


Vegan zucchini cakes.
