Pumpkin pie filling topped bread pudding


Bread pudding on the bottom.
2 eggs whisked with vanilla and cinnamon blended with 2 cups of coconut milk poured over 10 slices of cubed bread. 

Over the top pour pumpkin pie filling. 
1 small can pumpkin
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs whisked with vanilla and 1/4 cup maple syrup

Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
