Plant strong sandwich



Mustard, pickles, romaine lettuce and homemade vegan sandwich filling on farmer's market flax bread. 

In a large food processor combine - 
1 can drained garbanzo beans
1 carrot chopped
1/4 onion chopped
1 cup spinach 
1 cup purple cabbage shreds
1 poblano pepper chopped and seeded
1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped and seeded
1/4 cup water
1/4 Bragg Liquid aminos
juice of 1 lime squeezed
Blend mixture with 1/2 cup of garbanzo bean flour.
Store in the fridge to cool.
