Zucchini "meat-free" balls

Our first garden zucchini of the year. 


Grated.


Grated zucchini, brown rice, black beans, chopped onion, garlic, garbanzo bean flour, nutritional yeast and spices rolled into balls. 


Baked in the oven. Served with tomato sauce and sauteed mushrooms.
