Vegan sandwich 2.0


Whole grain bread.
Left slice - grilled portobello cap, grilled onions, sliced tomatoes and sauce. 
Sauce = 2 TBSP Veganaise, 1 TBSP chili sauce, tarragon and sweet paprika
Right slice - grilled eggplant slice, grilled peppers, golden beets and shredded cabbage.
