Coconut jelly






cut into squares and served with sliced bananas and coconut syrup

Recipe - 
Dissolve 1 stick of agar-agar in 1 cup of water almost brought to a boil. 
Once stick of agar-agar is melted pour the mixture into 2 cups of coconut milk.
Stir to mix thoroughly. 
Pour into a pan and cool in the fridge for about 3-4 hours or overnight. 
(You can replace the agar-agar with gelatin - 1 packet -  but it will not be vegan.)
