More cheese and pasta bake - Vegetarian


3 cups cooked al dente pasta in a baking dish

In a pan warm up 1 cup of milk (or milk alternative) 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon tumeric, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 cup chopped red pepper and 1 cup of frozen peas. 
Heat to a gentle boil while stirring. 


Pour the pan mixture over the pasta in the baking dish. 
Top with 1 1/2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese. 
I used sharp cheddar that I grated from a block for this dish. 
Coat the underside of a sheet of aluminum sheet with cooking spray and cover the top of the dish. 
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
