Spicy veggie protein patties (soy free) - vegan


Mix together - 
1 medium cooked sweet potato
1 can of kidney beans
4 tablespoons of hummus
1/2 onion diced
1 diced red pepper
1 ripe avocado
2 cups cooked wheat berries
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
3/4 cup corn flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.  
Scoop mixture on sheet with spoon and form patty. 


Cook for 45 minutes until the patties brown. 


Served here on a tortilla with greens, shredded carrots and Korean sweet spicy sauce. 


The patties can be used as taco/burrito filling, burgers or just eat them as is.
