Dairy & peanut free buckwheat noodles - vegan recipe


Yes. That much cilantro, broccoli, red onion and diced tempeh.


Buckwheat noodles, fresh veggies & tempeh with a coconut curry soynut butter sauce. 

Sauce - 3/4 cup coconut milk, 2 TBSP red curry paste, 2 TBSP soynut butter. Heat in a sauce pan until smooth and creamy.
Pour over cooked noodles and veggies.
