Quick noodles and veggies


Bring 2 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add in chopped broccoli, bean sprouts and shitake mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. 
Lower heat. Add in noodles and miso packet. 
Cook for another 5 minutes on a low simmer. 
Drain. 
Serve with a side of your favorite sauces. I used garlic chili sauce, Sriracha and hoisin sauce.
