Easy buckwheat breakfast - vegan recipe


2 cups water
 1 cup of buckwheat flakes 
Topping - banana chunks, walnut pieces, maple syrup and unsweetened shredded coconut

Bring water to a boil. Add in buckwheat flakes. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 
Serve warm with toppings.
