In a blender mix 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 Tablespoon of flax meal and 1 cup of non-dairy milk.
I used frozen cherries, peaches, mango chunks and coconut milk.
Pour the mixture in a bowl.
I then added sesame seeds, coconut flakes and walnuts.
On top of this I added sliced strawberries, fresh papaya chunks, sliced rambutan, and Uncle Sam cereal (granola is a good substitute)
