Coconut sesame balls - vegetarian



1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
1 cup white sesame seeds
1 cup garbanzo bean flour 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1 cup white chocolate chips 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
1/2 cup coconut milk (or sub with some other non dairy milk) 

Mix all the ingredients by hand in a bowl. 
Using a spoon scoop into balls the size of your hand.
Roll like you would a meat ball. 

Grease a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
Place each ball on the cookie sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
