Sauce -
1 large lime
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 TBSP Sriracha sauce
1 TBSP maple syrup
Juice the lime. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Pour over cooked rice noodles and veggies.
Pictured: shitake mushrooms, spinach, sliced onion, purple cabbage, raw tomatoes and an extra helping of Sriracha.
