Arugula, mango & avocado salad


Dressing - 
2 TBSP Veganaise 
1/4 cup lemon juice 
1 TBSP salt free garlic seasoning mix
1 TBSP Sriracha 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk and set aside. 

Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl - 
1 cup Italian salad blend (I used the bagged one from Whole Foods) 
1 cup arugula 
1/2 cup diced yellow mango 
1/2 of a large avocado cut into cubes 
1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 TBSP hemp seeds
small handful of shelled walnuts

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and blend well.
