3 Tablespoons peanut butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar

Heat the coconut milk in a pan over medium heat.
Add the roasted chili paste and stir, then let the mixture simmer until oil rises to the top.
Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar and adjust all of these ingredients to your tastes.
