No egg protein pancakes


In a mixing bowl mash one large ripe banana. 
Add in 3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills buckwheat pancake mix. 
Add in 1 scoop Spiru-tein protein powder. 
Stir in 1 cup of non dairy milk (I used cashew milk) 
Chop 1 small apple into piece and stir into pancake batter. 
Add in 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix well. 
Cook on stove over medium heat.
Grease skillet with butter or butter substitute to prevent sticking.
