Spoonable vegan smoothie breakfast


Sometimes just drinking a smoothie for breakfast just doesn't appeal to me. I like to make this instead and eat it with a spoon. 
In a blender combine frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, a few handfuls of fresh baby spinach and 1 cup of non dairy milk (I used cashew milk this time) 
Scoop mixture into a bowl and I topped it with banana slices, unsweetened shredded coconut, and a handful of trail mix.
