Ingredients - 
1 jar of pasta sauce 
2 cups of frozen broccoli rabe or chopped broccoli 
1 cup frozen pepper strips 
2 cups dry pasta - I used thick cut rigatoni
1 cup ricotta cheese 
1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
In a crock pot stir in pasta sauce, frozen veggies, dry pasta and ricotta cheese. 
Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Transfer crock pot contents to a greased caserole dish. 
Sprinkle shaved parmesan on top. 
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
