Sauce - 
1 TBSP gluten free soy sauce 
1 TBSP gluten free hoisin sauce 
(or use regular non GF sauces if you like) 
1 tsp dried parsley 
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp brown sugar 
Mix and set aside. 
In a combo rice cooker/steamer cook rice as directed. 
In the steamer basket I had sliced yellow carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower & shiitake mushrooms. 
When the rice is done cooking and the veggies have steamed, toss the cooked veggies in a separate bowl with the sauce and serve on top of the rice. 
This is a simple go to meal when I don't have a lot of time to cook.
