Super chopped salad with tahini dressing - vegan


Chopped romaine lettuce, orange bell pepper, avocado, purple cabbage, & cucumber. 
Shredded carrots & beets. 
Garbanzo beans. 
Artichoke hearts. 
Sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, pistachios, pepitas, hemp seeds, & dried cranberries. 
Dressing - 1 generous TBSP of tahini whisked with 2 TBSP lemon juice. 
Stir in dressing and mix well.
