Shiitake, jalapeno & potato pizza


Pizza dough - 
If you don't have the option to make your own, store bought works well too. 
Stretch a medium sized dough ball out to form at least a 12 inch pizza. 

5 small yellow precooked baby potatoes
1 package of shiitake mushrooms cleaned & sliced
1 large jalapeno de-seeded and sliced
1/3 cup diced green onion 
3 slices of Swiss cheese 
dried parsley flakes 
garlic powder 

Layer all of the veggie ingredients first. 
Break off the Swiss cheese slices and layer on top of the veggies. 
Sprinkle with diced green onion, dried parsley and garlic powder to taste. 



Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until the dough browns slightly. 

We ate our pizza with salad on top and it also went well with a nice cold beer.
