2 large bananas mashed
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup goji berries
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 TBSP almond butter (put in the microwave for 20 secs to soften)
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 cup of garbanzo bean flour.
(Feel free to use any other type of flour. I just prefer garbanzo bean flour.)
Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies on a greased sheet for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
