Sticky rice cake - vegan



3 cups cooked sticky rice
cooked shitake mushrooms, snow peas (chopped), purple potato
raw shredded carrots
Ponzu sauce
fresh lime juice
Maine Coast Seasonings - Kelp and Cayenne
Sesame seeds

Mix together in a bowl and flatten in a pan lined with wax paper. Can be served cold or warm.
