Sticky rice patty with egg.

I had made some sticky rice and had quite a bit leftover. 

Super easy to make sticky rice patty with egg. 

Grease a small frying pan. 

Take a generous scoop of sticky rice with a tablespoon and place in pan. 

Using a spatula, press down on the rice, fry and flip like you would a pancake. 

Scramble an egg in a separate bowl. 

Pour as much or as little egg mixture on each patty. 

Cook egg thoroughly while flipping patty. 

Sticky rice cake - vegan

3 cups cooked sticky rice

cooked shitake mushrooms, snow peas (chopped), purple potato

raw shredded carrots

Ponzu sauce

fresh lime juice

Maine Coast Seasonings - Kelp and Cayenne

Sesame seeds

Mix together in a bowl and flatten in a pan lined with wax paper. Can be served cold or warm.
