Mash 2 ripe bananas and 2 medium cooked sweet potatoes.
Add in 1 cup of Grape Nuts, 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of chocolate chips (or more!) 1/2 cup of raisins, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup of chia seeds and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Then mix in 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and one cup of coconut milk.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking dish.
Flatten mixture evenly into greased pan.
Drizzle with some ginger syrup (also great in coffee) or maple syrup or none if that floats your boat.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Take out and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
It's like a brownie bar with more nutritious stuff packed in it. Grape Nuts!
