Easy Chinese style stir fry white sauce - vegan recipe



Chinese stir fry white sauce 

1/2 cup of water
2 TBSP Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 TBSP tapioca powder (cornstarch can also be used) 
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilanto & fresh basil blend
2 TBSP Maine Coast Seasonings

Add all the ingredients to a bowl with the water and whisk with a fork. 

Set aside. 

I stir fried napa cabbage, bean sprouts, mustard greens, collard greens, green onion, broccoli and tofu slices in coconut oil over medium heat. 

Pour the white sauce over the veggie & tofu mixture. Blend evenly. 

I served this with a side of broken jasmine rice drizzled with Sriracha.
