No bake vegan bars




1 cup quick oats
1 cup Bob's Red Mill high fiber cereal 
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of raisins

Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. 

Add in 2 TBSP cashew nut butter, 2 TBSP berry jam (with pectin not gelatin) 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips are available at Whole Foods) 
1 cup of coconut milk

Put the bowl in the micorwave on high power for 1 minute 30 seconds

Mix all the warmed ingredients together as evenly as you can. 

Grease a baking pan. 

With a spatula spread the mixture into the pan. 

Sprinkle with chia seeds. 

Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 

Cut into squares and serve.
