In a bowl mix together
1 cup cooked millet
1 cup cooked lentils
1 large shredded carrot
3 stalks of celery diced into small pieces
Add in
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup Bob's Red Mill garbanzo bean flour
1 cup of tomato paste
Mix well.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease cookie sheet.
Form mixture into balls.
(To make "burger" patties press down on the balls to flatten slightly)
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
The lentil and millet balls can be used as a burger, taco or sandwich filling.
