Quick & easy veggie Ramen



2 cups veggie broth
generous amounts of Sriracha
plain chuka soba noodles
frozen Costco stir fry veggies
fresh bean sprouts

Bring the broth, Sriracha, frozen veggies and bean sprouts to a boil in a pot. Once frozen veggies are cooked through add in the noodles. 
Cook on a low simmer for about 5 minutes. 

Super quick and easy. Who needs Top Ramen?
