Garlic chili noodles - vegan recipe


In a pot heat water to a rapid boil. 
Cook frozen veggies (I used Costco stir fry blend) fresh bean sprouts and noodles. 

In a pan use 1 TBSP coconut oil.
Cook on a medium heat. 
Add 2 TBSP minced garlic 1 TBSP red chili pepper flakes. 

Drain the cooked veggies and noodles. 
Pour over the garlic chili oil. 
Mix it all together. 

I served the noodles with fresh shredded carrots and cilantro.
