2 cups cooked day old sticky rice
2 cups coconut milk
Bring the coconut milk to a low boil. Add the rice. Cook on low for about 10 minutes to let the rice soak up the milk.
Cut fresh papaya.
Peel and cut fresh longans.
Scoop warm rice into a bowl.
I topped it with chia seeds, black sesame seeds, almonds, longans and papaya.
