Sweet sticky rice porridge with Asian pears, papaya & cashews


1 cup of cooked sticky rice
2 cups of coconut milk
Bring rice and coconut milk to a slow boil in a pot until rice has absorbed most of the liquid. 

Served with diced Asian pears, papaya & cashews.
