Baked tempeh stuffed won ton parcels

In a food processor combine -
8 oz of packaged organic tempeh cut into small cubes
1 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of cashews
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup of Bragg Liquid Aminos (or use soy sauce as a substitute)
1/2 cup of vegetable broth

Blend until a paste is formed.
Scoop into a mixing bowl.
Add in 1 large carrots shredded & 3 stalks of green onion chopped into small pieces.
Mix well.

I used store bought won ton wrappers. The dough is made with egg so this is not a vegan recipe.
Put a teaspoon of mixture in the center of the won ton and fold over the edges like an envelope.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook for about 20-25 minutes until the wrapper starts to turn golden brown.

Vegan recipe idea - use rice wrappers instead of won ton wrappers
OR
form the mixture into burger patties and pan fry in a skillet on the stove
OR
form into "meatballs" and cook in the oven until browned.
