Rice and beans with avocado
White rice
Avocado slices
In a pan simmer 1 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of salsa, 1 cup frozen kale and 1 can of beans for about 20 minutes. Super quick and simple rice and beans dish.
