2 medium portobello caps cleaned and diced into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 TBSP vegetarian "oyster" sauce - usually made from mushrooms
1 TBSP minced garlic
Store bought won ton wrappers
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Place a teaspoon amount of mixture in the middle of a won ton wrapper.
Fold over edges like an envelope.
Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until the won ton wrapper browns.
