Tofu, veggies and rice flakes - vegan & gluten free recipe



Cook veggies - snow peas, broccoli, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, napa cabbage, tofu slices and fresh wood ear mushrooms in 1 TBSP of coconut oil. 
Add in cooked rice noodle flakes. 
Stir in 2 teaspoons of San-J gluten free Szechuan sauce.
