Baked green tea donuts



3 eggs
3 Tablespoons ginger syrup (can substitute maple syrup) 
4 Tablespoons turbindo sugar 
1 Tablespoon baking powder 
1 Tablespoon coconut flour 
1/2 cup sweet rice flour
1 Tablespoon tapioca flour 
3 Tablespoons coconut milk 
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (or 1/2 if it is too strong for you)
Blend the eggs, ginger syrup and sugar in a mixing bowl. 
Add in the baking powder, coconut flour, sweet rice flour and tapioca flour. 
Blend. It will be a bit clumpy. 
Add in the coconut milk & green tea powder. 
Blend as evenly as you can for a smooth mixture. 




Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
Grease a donut baking pan. 


Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until browned. 
For cupcakes bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
