Broiled tofu salad - vegan recipe



Slice a block of firm tofu into 7 even pieces.
Place the tofu slices in the oven on medium broil setting for 25 minutes. 
In a wok stir fry carrot slices and snow peas with a dab of coconut oil for about 5 minutes. 

Salad - shredded romaine lettuce, cherry tomato slices and cucumber slices. 
Put the carrot & snow pea stir fry on top of the salad and add as much diced broiled tofu as you wish. 
Drizzle tamari soy sauce and Sriracha sauce on top.
