Easy oatmeal banana cookies


In a mixing bowl mash 3 large ripe bananas. 
Add in 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour - I use Bob's Red Mill. 
Add in 3 1/2 cups of quick oats & 4 Tablespoons of coconut sugar. 
Blend well. 
Using a spoon scoop out some of the mixture and form into a ball. 
Between 2 sheets of wax paper flatten the ball into a patty. 

Grease a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 

Some of the cookies have jam on top per the request of my toddler.
