Vegan lunch plate


Broiled tofu with mustard sauce & Sriracha. 
Cut tofu into triangles. 
Grease a cookie sheet. 
Place triangles on cookie sheet. 
Cover each triangle with honey mustard. 
Broil on medium for about 15 - 20 minutes. Longer if you want crispier tofu wedges. 

Shredded carrot salad - see previously posted recipe. 

Pan seared brussels sprouts, sweet potato cubes & mushrooms with vegan butter substitute and paprika.
