Quinoa cauliflower burgers with cilantro & feta cheese

 
 
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 1/2 cups steamed cauliflower & smashed
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
 
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well.
 

I used an egg cooking circle to form individual patties on a greased cookie sheet.
 
 
 
Cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until browned.
