Flourless Pumpkin Bars



15 oz can of pumpkin pie mix
2 large eggs
6 Tablespoons Spirutein protein powder
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons baking powder
 
In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs.
Add in the canned pumpkin pie mix.
Blend well.
Mix in the protein powder, baking powder, chocolate chips and coconut.
 
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
 
 
Cook for 45 minutes until browned on the top.
Cool and cut into squares.
