Thai chili pepper garlic sauce




In a food processor or blender combine - 
25 Thai chili peppers
6 peeled cloves of garlic
1/2 cup rice vinegar 
1 TBSP tamarind paste 
2 TBSP sesame oil 
1 TBSP soy sauce 
Blend for 2-3 minutes. 
Store it in the refrigerator. Can keep for up to 2 weeks.
