Broiled eggplant & tomatoes with garlic

On a greased cookie sheet place - 

1 medium eggplant cubed 

sliced cherry & roma tomatoes

10 cloves of garlic

drizzle with olive oil 

dried oregano

salt & pepper

Broil on medium for 30 minutes in the oven.
