Wheat free acorn squash baked treats


1 medium acorn squash cubed and steamed. 
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chocolate chips 
1 TBSP vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon 
1 cup coconut flour 
1 TBSP tapioca starch 
2 TBSP baking powder 
1 stick of melted butter 

Mash the squash in a mixing bowl. Add in the raisins, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend well. 
Add in the coconut flour, tapioca starch, baking powder and melted butter. 


Using a table spoon, form into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Cook for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
